          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">看護における新しい考え方、方法の普及速度に差が見られることから、普及に関する影響要因を検討する目的で、全国47都道府県から規模別に抽出し、調査協力が得られた141施設の看護部責任者及び各施設10名のスタッフに質問紙調査を行った。看護部責任者、スタッフそれぞれに質問紙を作成し、個人の属性、施設の状況に加え、革新性(知的興味、上司の姿勢など普及に影響すると考えられるもの)に関する質問に4段階の尺度で回答を得、返送された看護部責任者の有効回答124部、ナースの有効回答886部を対象に、属性と革新性との関係を分析した。
その結果、看護部責任者で、「新しいことを取り入れ広める時、チームや委員会を組織する」「リーダークラスの看護師に根拠を説明する」「学会や看護協会などの情報を活用する」などで平均得点が高く、「降格人事をしている」が低かった。スタッフは、「研修の参加者は、内容を伝達し広める使命がある」「病棟では協力体制がある」「病棟責任者は積極的に研修を勧める」などで、低い項目は、「新しいことを取り入れるのは提案者が誰かによる」「新しいものを受け入れにくい理由として『時間がとれない』『面倒だ』と感じることがある」「病棟責任者は『トラブルは引き受けるから』という姿勢である」などであった。属性との関係では、「研修伝達の使命感」は、学会・研修参加回数、講読雑誌数が多い群が高く、20代が低かった。「面倒、時間がない」は、高い年代の群がやや高かったが、全体として低い点数であり、研修伝達と同様、看護者としての使命感が強く自覚されているのではないかと考えられた。学会・研修会、雑誌など、情報へのアクセスと革新性の関連が確認でき、これを普及にうまく活用していくことの重要性が示唆された。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">Because there is a difference in speed of diffusion of new ideas and methods of nursing practices, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the purpose of examining factors affecting diffusion. Hospitals were sampled from among 47 prefectures nationwide according to the size of the hospital, and questionnaires were sent to nursing department managers and staff nurses (10 staff nurses per hospital) in 141 hospitals, from which cooperation for this survey was obtained. The nursing department managers and staff nurses were asked in the questionnaire about their personal profile and hospital circumstances as well as innovative characteristics, and to choose their response from among 4 levels. The analysis regarding the relationship between their profile and innovative characteristics was made based on 124 valid responses returned from nursing department managers and 886 valid responses from staff nurses. 
The results showed that nursing department managers scored high for the "utilization of teams, committees and chief nurse staff" and "utilization of information," etc. Staff nurses scored high for "the sense of responsibility regarding training and communication," "cooperation system in hospital wards" and "superiors who encourage training," etc. In terms of the relationship with their profiles, those who have attended academic conferences or training sessions more often and those who subscribe to a larger number of magazines scored higher for "sense of responsibility regarding training and communication," while those in their 20s scored lower. The relationship between access to information, such as through academic conferences, training sessions and magazines, and innovative characteristics was identified both among nursing department managers and among staff nurses. This suggests the importance of making better use of that relationship for the promotion of diffusion.</datacite:description>
