To clarify the effect of the introduction, the following 3 items were evaluated from the results of a questionnaire given to students and a technical test before and after the introduction: 1) promotion of technical understanding in teaching, 2) assistance in self-study, and 3) effects on technical learning. 1) For the promotion of technical understanding in teaching, the effectiveness of the video aid was verified. A comparison of teaching methods revealed merits and demerits in both video showing and teacher demonstration. It is necessary to effectively combine teacher demonstration and video showing. 2) For assistance in self-study, it was revealed that the students effectively used the video aid for self-study.
