{"created":"2023-06-19T09:22:18.777455+00:00","id":1535,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"dad3da0f-840e-4c94-8ceb-b515341e2456"},"_deposit":{"created_by":4,"id":"1535","owners":[4],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1535"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:auhw.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001535","sets":["52:236"]},"author_link":["8274","8275"],"item_10002_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他（別言語等）のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Theme extraction of tubercular group infection"}]},"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2004-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"101","bibliographicPageStart":"95","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"5","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"青森県立保健大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Aomori University of Health and Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では、エコ・マップを面接者とクライエントの共同作業により作成することで、双方がクライエントの生活の社会的文脈をよりよく理解するための機会となることに着目し、結核集団発生時の対象把握に活用を試み、その課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。方法 : 1998年から2002年までにZ県Y市で発生した結核集団感染事例分析による関係探索に関する帰納的研究。結果 : 面接で「誰とどれくらい会っていますか」という質問を用い、あまり親しくなくても、同一空間を共有している時間の長い人間関係において感染の危険性が高まることが視覚化された。エコ・マップで収集した情報は介入の優先順位を決定することや、感染防止対策、第三者対応上の問題の明確化に役立ち、関係者にケースの説明をする際、有効に活用できた。考察 : 結核発症による社会的不利の実態や治療中断の背景になるサポートの弱さを表現するため、エコ・マップを結核集団感染事例に適用することで、以下2点の考察が得られた。(1) 家族とその環境との関わり合いを視覚的に把握でき、活用可能な資源に関する情報を図示できる。(2) クライエント自らが家族に関するデータやその状況を系統立て客体視できる利点がある。また、家族関係と環境を含めた対象へのアプローチを進めるうえで、エコ・マップから得られた社会的文脈を、介入計画策定に有効活用できることが示唆された。今後の課題は、発病前と発病後の生活環境のエコ・マップを面接場面で活用し、評価することである。\nIn the context of community health activities featuring Community Health Nurses (CHN), the Eco-map is a useful instrument for clients with Tuberculosis (TB) to understand their own social background and risk factors. In this study, a special attempt was made to make use of the whole process to formulate an Eco-map to clarify the issues of TB control that have to be tackled both by service providers and clients today in Japanese society. It was specifically emphasized that the Eco-map formulation is a demonstrable process for sharing information on the clients' social background and environmental context among the stakeholders. In addition to this, the information collected during the interview process was used effectively in explanation to other service providers for respective cases. As the direct outcome of this study, the following two results were obtained ; 1) Family environment and the relationship between family members were well described in the Eco-map. 2) The Eco-map itself was found to be a convenient recording tool for the details of respective cases. The challenge which we must face is to make further effective use of Eco-map in various scenes in the client interview, both for pre- and post-diagnosis phases with proper monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
