Many of them have no one to confide in and find themselves isolated at home, facing a serious situation. Family caregivers of elderly persons with dementia in the S district of Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, banded together for a forum for discussion in which to be able to speak their minds to each other. That led to the start of the "Association of Families Who Care for Elderly Persons with Dementia" as part of classes on home care for the stay-at-home disabled elderly at a health care center in the district. I participated in the association as an adviser for seven years since its start in 1993. The families, who shared common problems, successfully restored their mental and physical health by forming a group (The Association of Families Who Care for Elderly Persons with Dementia) and joining the gathering continuously to build close cooperative relations among themselves. This research was conducted to focus on and analyze the group dynamism brought about by the association through the process., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました}, pages = {119--130}, title = {Group Dynamics を応用した在宅痴呆性高齢者の介護者に対する Empowerment の試み (その1)}, volume = {5}, year = {2004}, yomi = {ツユキ, トシコ} }
