For example, conflict with their families, skills of care and so on. For the empowerment of carers, it is said that the role of health professionals is very important. The purpose of this study is to consider the potential for carers' empowerment through explanation of their actual condition and consciousness, and through their relationship with health professionals. In this study, I take as a case study the carers' group "Kibou-no-kai" and visiting nurses who are deeply involved with these carers. The members of "Kibou-no-kai" are also related to users of the visiting nurse station "Kizuna" in Syounai Medical Co-operative. In this case, the carers are in a very difficult situation, some of them can hardly go out. It is necessary for them to learn for their empowerment. Visiting nurses support carers and play a very important role in their group, and also their ability as professionals grows through what they learn from the carers., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました}, pages = {25--34}, title = {在宅介護者のエンパワーメントの可能性と専門職の役割 : 訪問看護師の取組みを事例として}, volume = {5}, year = {2004}, yomi = {ヒロモリ, ナオコ} }
