The IES-R (revised edition Impact of Event Scale) that evaluated the PTSD symptom and a semi-structured interview were carried out three times with ten patients hospitalized due to traffic accidents. All patients had fractures. The data was analyzed qualitatively. The patients' experiences, situation and changes in individual patients were clarified. The way of thinking about the accident, the trauma reaction and the process of subjective recovery were categorized. Patients' feelings towards the accident were [feelings of dread] [feelings of regret] [patients felt lucky it wasn't worse] [patients accepted the accident]. There were 7 trauma reactions. There was a wide range of IES-R scores, and the transition was not constant. In the process of their subjective physical recovery, there were 3 categories. Their subjective physical recovery seemed to influence their trauma reaction and their feelings/attitudes towards the accident. The results of this study suggest that approaching patients' subjective recovery based on their daily life is important., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。}, pages = {33--43}, title = {交通事故患者の事故による心的反応と精神的ケアに関する研究}, volume = {6}, year = {2005}, yomi = {サトウ, ヤスコ and サカエ, チズコ and タサキ, ヒロイチ} }
