Request for counseling training has increased from service staff such as social worker and nurses recently. Therefore I examined the counseling training that I have been giving for several years and decided to discuss what kind of meaning it has for professionals like social workers and nurses. In addition, I considered the contents and the process of real counseling training. Service staff such as social workers and nurses, thought that they could learn a useful skills such as communication skills through counseling training\". During counseling training, I intended to get them to learn useful skills tied to the idea of being useful to clients and to the ethics which are characteristic of their professions. I used a lot of role plays so that participants could learn from the experience.
