 note = {application/pdf, 臨地実習における看護学生の、職業感染予防の状況を明らかにするため、94名の看護学生を対象に質問紙調査を行った。その結果、臨地実習では、感染予防に関する説明は全ての病棟で行われているとは限らないこと、何人かの学生はワクチン接種の必要性を感じていないこと、職業感染予防に関する知識や実施が不十分であることなどが明らかとなった。これらのことから、学生の安全を図るために、臨地実習前の早い時期に、学生に職業感染予防について指導していくことが必要である。
The purpose of this study was to examine the prevention of occupational infection of student nurses in clinical training. This study examined the prevention of occupational infection in ninety-four student nurses subjects utilizing questionnaires. The contents of the questionnaires were : 1) instructions received during clinical training, 2) student's vaccine status, 3) student's knowledge and their own behavior relating to the prevention of occupational infection in clinical training. As a result, it was shown that (1) not all instructions were received during clinical training, (2) some students are not aware of the necessity of vaccination, (3) some of their knowledge and their behavior concerning the prevention of occupational infection in clinical training were inadequate. From these findings, it is suggested that it will be necessary to inform the students about the prevention of occupational infection prior to commencing clinical training to secure the safety of the student nurses., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。},
