Eleven outpatient nurses who agreed to cooperate in this study were interviewed, and qualitative analysis was conducted. According to the analysis, the outpatient nurses recognized that there are seven psychosocial problems faced by advanced cancer patients undergoing outpatient chemotherapy : 1) restrictions on daily activities, 2) difficulties for filling patients' roles in society, 3) approaches to treatment, 4) future outlook, 5) emotional support, 6) the treatment environment, and 7) relationship with medical staff. For nursing support, the results of the analysis show the following : 1) emotional support to help patients continue treatment, 2) support of daily activities for patients receiving treatment, 3) coordination of medical staff as a team to provide consistent care, 4) improvement of the treatment environment where patients can receive treatment safely and comfortably ; and 5) career advancement of nurses. The results also revealed that outpatient nurses perceive that the current environment for outpatient treatment and nursing does not fully address the patients' psychosocial problems, and that the nursing care that is given differs from that desired by the patients., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。}, pages = {27--32}, title = {外来で化学療法を受ける進行がん患者の看護援助に関する研究 (第2報)外来で化学療法を受ける進行がん患者の心理社会的問題に対する看護師の認識と看護援助}, volume = {6}, year = {2005}, yomi = {ホンマ, トモミ and ナルイ, ヒロミ and ミウラ, ヒロミ and ヌマダテ, トモコ and イシワキ, ケイコ and ナカムラ, ケイコ} }
