Nine subjects who had agreed to participate in this study were interviewed regarding those problems, and the interview responses were qualitatively analyzed. The analysis revealed five psychosocial problems: 1) anxiety about the family having to be the only party to give daily care, 2) the need for an environment in which the family could receive immediate consultation, 3) stress of having to maintain an environment that is optimal for care and treatment, 4) expectations and reservations about chemotherapy being the sole treatment, and 5) distortion in family relationships caused by disagreements regarding the proper treatment to a patient with limited life. The results suggest that provision of information on daily treatment, assurance that the patients are receiving effective treatment, and establishment of a professional support system for families are needed as nursing support for families of advanced cancer patients undergoing outpatient chemotherapy., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。}, pages = {271--279}, title = {外来で化学療法を受ける進行がん患者の家族の心理社会的問題と看護援助}, volume = {7}, year = {2006}, yomi = {ホンマ, トモミ and ナルイ, ヒロミ and ナカムラ, ケイコ} }
