{"created":"2023-06-19T09:22:32.304274+00:00","id":1775,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"1aa814ef-e6d0-426d-980c-c96892ef113d"},"_deposit":{"created_by":4,"id":"1775","owners":[4],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1775"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:auhw.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001775","sets":["52:252"]},"author_link":["9798","9796","9799","9797"],"item_10002_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他（別言語等）のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Nurses' Perception After the Administrative Interpretation Change Concerning Intravenous Injection"}]},"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-06","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"75","bibliographicPageStart":"67","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"8","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"青森県立保健大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Aomori University of Health and Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、静脈注射の行政解釈変更後、A県の看護職の実態、A県の看護職による静脈注射に関する認識の変化、影響要因、静脈注射に関する今後の課題を明らかにすることである。A県の400床以上の病院に勤務する看護師長、主任を含めた看護職800名を対象に自記式質問紙調査を行い、分析・考察を行った。看護職によるA県の静脈注射実態率(平成17年度)は、96%たった。A県における静脈注射のマニュアル化は77%と高かったが、施設内での薬剤および業務分担の取り決めとマニュアルの有無とは関連がみられず、今後マニュアルの内容の検討が示唆された。静脈注射に関する認識が変化した看護職は23%であり、その内容は、看護職による法的責任の増加、安全管理への自覚、教育の必要性であった。静脈注射に関する認識が変化しない看護職は、「なし」55%、「分からない」22%を含めると77%たった。その内容は、日常的に静脈注射を行ってきたから、行政解釈変更を知らない、行政解釈変更前から看護職の責任を自覚していた、静脈注射は医師の仕事だと思うだった。認識の変化には、内的要因(職位、静脈注射に関する教育、行政解釈の認知)と外的要因(医師と看護職の薬剤の取り決め)が関係していた。認識の変化が高かった看護職は、看護師長、主任を含めた看護職だった。自由記載によると、医師との関係(抗癌剤を忙しいと言って看護職に押し付ける、静脈注射を依頼すると横柄な態度をされる)でジレンマを感じている看護職が多かった。今後の課題として、組織的な取り組みが必要であること、変革者として看護管理者の役割の重要性、静脈注射に関する教育の普及、医師や看護職の相互理解と協同が示唆された。\nThis questionnaire based investigation was conducted for the purpose of clarifying the actual administration of intravenous injections in Prefecture \"A\", the change of nurses' perception, influence factors, and future issues after the administrative interpretation change of relating to intravenous injections. In Prefecture \"A\", 96% of intravenous injections are currently administered by nurses. 23% of nurses have changed their perception of intravenous injections subsequent to the change of administrative interpretation. Position and rank, clarification of intravenous medication, and education concerning intravenous injections were related to this change of perception. There were many nurses who felt uncomfortable when dealing with doctor s in connection with intravenous injections. This study suggested the followings; 1. Necessity of dealing with intravenous injection issues on an organizational level; 2. Importance of the role of nursing administration; 3. Necessity of educating nurses regarding intravenous injections; 4.
