 note = {application/pdf, We have investigated for circumstances of innovative nursing practice diffusion. As first step, the purpose of this study was to select evidence based innovative nursing practice. Research Method was 1. to collect and categorize innovative nursing practice from researcher' s brainstorming and interviewing by expert nurses, 2. to retrieve papers about them, 3. to review papers. Result could selected 19 evidence based innovative nursing practice. These were infection control; 10 items (There is risk of infection to re-cap with naked hand. Shaving skin before operation has risk of infection, etc., ), pressure ulcers control; 5 items, drug exposure; 2 items, sleep promotion care; 1 item, constipation control; 1 item. Almost all of the evidence based innovative nursing practice were based on guidelines by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and Japanese Nursing Association etc.,.
