| 内容記述 | 〔目的〕イギリスのソーシャルワーク（以下，SW）研究で論じられるコ・プロダクションの成果物とソーシャルワーカー（以下，SWr）の役割を先行研究レビューにより明らかにし，わが国のコ・プロダクション研究およびSW実践の体系化に関わる論点整理を行うことを目的とする。 〔方法〕Web of Scienceを用いて，SWとコ・プロダクションをテーマとしたイギリスの先行研究を抽出し，各先行研究で論じられるコ・プロダクションの成果物とSWrの役割についてレビューを実施した。 〔結果〕先行研究において論じられるコ・プロダクションの成果物は，知識（14件），保健医療福祉サービス（5件），デジタルストーリーテリング（1件）であった。またコ・プロダクションに関わるSWrの役割は，知識のコ・プロダクションに関わる①研究協力および生産された知識の活用と，コ・プロダクションの実践全般に関わる②利用者と専門職の関係形成の円滑化，③コ・プロダクションの実行に伴う不備への対処の3点が論じられていた。 〔結論〕イギリスのSW研究で論じられる多様なコ・プロダクションは，利用者参加を促進する点で共通しており，SWrはその成立に不可欠な役割を果たしている。わが国のSWに関連したコ・プロダクション研究の深化には，サービスのコ・プロダクションの議論の拡張と，現に当該実践を行うSWrによる利用者らとの関係形成の実践を帰納的に整理することが重要となる。 |

| 内容記述 | [Objective] This study aimed to clarify the outcomes of co-production and the role of social workers discussed in social work studies in the United Kingdom. Additionally, this study sought to organize key issues related to the development of co-production research and the systematization of social work practice in Japan. [Methods] Relevant studies were identified through Web of Science by selecting previous studies from the United Kingdom that focused on social work and co-production. The literature review was then conducted to clarify the outcomes of co-production and the roles of social workers as discussed in each study. [Results] The outcomes of co-production discussed in the reviewed studies were: knowledge (14 studies), healthcare and social care services (5 studies), and digital storytelling (1 study). The roles of social workers in co-production were discussed in three main areas: (1) collaboration in research and utilization of the knowledge produced in knowledge co-production, (2) facilitation of relationship building between service users and healthcare and social care professionals, and (3) addressing shortcomings during co-production implementation. Items (2) and (3) are related to co-production practices overall. [Conclusions] This study revealed that although diverse forms of co-production are discussed in social work studies in the United Kingdom, they share a common focus on promoting service user participation. It also demonstrated that social workers play an indispensable role in realizing co-production practices. To advance co-production research related to social work in Japan, the discussions on service co-production should be broadened. In addition, the practices of social workers in building relationships with service users should be clarified through inductive research on those actively engaged in service co-production. |
