@article{oai:auhw.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002208, author = {角濱, 春美 and 佐藤, 伸 and 大西, 学 and Kadohama, Harumi and Sato, Shin and Onishi, Manabu}, issue = {1}, journal = {青森保健医療福祉研究, Aomori Journal of Health and Welfare}, month = {}, note = {〔目的〕 キャリア開発センターの事業展開の基盤とするためのニーズ調査から,目的と方法,回収の概要について,卒業生の能力評価と大学院進学の意向の結果を分析し,課題を探索する。 〔方法〕 1 .調査期間:2021年2 月 2 .調査対象者:青森県内の保健医療福祉施設で本学の事業に参加したことのある1,399施設 3 .調査方法:郵送による自記式無記名アンケート調査 4 .調査内容:独自に作成したキャリア開発の課題に関する質問紙 5 .分析方法:量的データは単純集計,質的データは質的帰納的方法 〔結果〕 調査の結果,回答施設は371(26.5%)であった。設置主体は,社会福祉法人,医療法人が多く,職員30人未満が半数であった。卒業生が在籍している施設が20%あり,卒業生の能力であると思うと答えた割合が70%を超えた項目は,まじめ,教養,専門的知識,表現力(書く),倫理的態度,自分で学ぶ力,表現力(話す),50%より少ない項目は,うたれ強い,リーダーシップ,であった。大学院進学実績があるのは8 施設であった。進学意向は少なかった。 〔結論〕 本学卒業生の能力について,本学ディプロマ・ポリシーのうち,『自らを高める力』,『専門的知識に根差した実践力』は身についていると評価されたが,『創造力』と『統合的実践力』は生涯学習を基盤として身につける能力であり,就労後の継続教育が必要であると考えられた。大学院入学に必要な個人的要件,学習内容や方法,得られる能力のイメージ付けを強化する必要がある。, [Objective]To provide a basis for the improvement of the Career Development Center’s projects, the objectives, methods, and collection process of a needs assessment survey are presented, graduates’ competences and their intention to enter postgraduate studies are analyzed and issues are explored. [Methods]1. Survey period: February 2021 2. Survey subjects: 1,399 facilities in Aomori Prefecture that have participated in our university’s projects 3. Survey method: Self-administered anonymous questionnaire by mail 4. Survey contents: Questionnaire on career development issues 5. Analysis method: Simple tabulation of quantitative data, and qualitative inductive method for qualitative data. [Results]Out of the participating facilities, 371(26.5%) responded to the survey. Most of them were social welfare and medical corporations, and half of them had less than 30 employees. 20% of the institutions had graduates, and the abilities for which more than 70% of the respondents thought that graduates had were: seriousness, liberal arts, professional knowledge, expressiveness( writing), ethical attitude, self-learning skills, and expressiveness( speaking). Abilities garnering less than 50% were resilience and leadership. Only eight institutions had staff who had attended graduate school, and intention to go on to graduate school was low. [Conclusions]It was found that, among the four competencies outlined in the university’s diploma policy, graduates had acquired “the ability to improve themselves” and “practical skills rooted in professional knowledge”, but “creativity” and “integrated practical skills” are abilities that require lifelong learning, so it is considered necessary to continue education after employment.
