 note = {〔目的〕　青森県立保健大学キャリア開発センターニーズ調査の結果から，地域包括ケアの連携に必要と考える研修や支援，保健医療福祉職に求められる役割等を分析することで，今後のキャリア開発センター及び地域定着推進科の活動への示唆を得る。
〔方法〕　1 ．調査期間：2021年2 月3 日～26日， 2 ．調査対象者：青森県内の保健医療福祉施設で，本学の事業（1999年3 月～）に参加したことのある1,399施設， 3 ．調査方法：郵送による自記式無記名アンケート調査， 4 ．調査内容：独自に作成したキャリア開発の課題に関する質問紙，5. 分析方法：量的データについては設置主体毎に単純集計し，質的データについては自由記載内容を意味の通じる語句もしくは文節単位で抽出し，類似している内容毎にまとめた。
〔結果〕　回答施設は371（26.5％），このうち地域包括ケアに関わりがある他施設との連携強化が必要と回答したのは，とてもそう思う・やや思うが299（81.3％）であり，このために必要な研修や支援として，多職種連携や事例検討を望む施設が多かった。また，保健医療福祉職に求められる役割としては，「対象者の健康状態や特性，ケアニーズについて，人々の価値観，地域の特徴，文化を踏まえ，関わることができること」等を求める施設が多かった。
〔結論〕　職員が地域包括ケアに関する基本的な知識を得ること，連携が必要な自他施設の役割を認識することが課題であり，これらに関する研修が必要である。, ［Objective］The aim of this study is to obtain indications for future activities by the Career Development Center and the Community Retention Promotion Division by analyzing the training and support required for cooperation in comprehensive community care and the desired roles of healthcare and welfare occupations, using data from the survey on needs conducted by the Career Development Center of Aomori University of Health and Welfare.
［Methods］1. Survey period: February 3 to 26, 2021, 2. Subjects: 1,399 healthcare or welfare facilities in Aomori Prefecture that have participated in our projects（ since March 1999）, 3. Survey methods: mailed self-administered questionnaire, 4. Survey contents: a questionnaire about challenges with career development uniquely prepared, 5. Analytical method: quantitative data were tallied for each group, while in terms of qualitative data, semantic words and phrases were extracted from comments and grouped based on similarity.
［Results］Out of the participating facilities, 371 facilities（ 26.5％） responded to the survey, of which 299 facilities（ 81.3％） responded that they strongly or somewhat felt the need to enhance cooperation with other facilities involved with comprehensive community care. Many facilities desired multi-professional collaboration and case studies as necessary training and support to that end. Many facilities desired healthcare and welfare occupations to have the role of “being involved with the health conditions, traits, and care needs of patients based on each person’s values, community characteristics, and culture.”
［Conclusions］Staff needs to gain basic knowledge on comprehensive community care and acknowledge the roles of their own and other facilities that need to cooperate; training on such subjects is necessary.},
