The subjects were 18 cerebrovascular disease patients living at home who were investigated at baseline, between August and October 1992. The results were as follows: 1) No overall changes of %VC, FEV 1.0%, V 50, V 25, ADL score and walking required time for 10 m distance were seen between the baseline and follow-up studies. 2) ADL improvement was seen in 22.2% and 27.8% had declines. Walking required time for 10 m distance was shorter for 27.8% of the patients and longer 22.2% within 8 months between the baseline and follow-up studies. 3) The stroke patients with low ADL had low respiratory functions in the baseline study, but, those were not significantly difference between the two studies. These findings suggest that a stroke registry for major hospitals in the community area is useful for promoting community-wide program for the prevention of secondary diseases and home care of stroke victims., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました}, pages = {17--21}, title = {在宅脳血管障害者における呼吸機能の8か月後の変化}, volume = {1}, year = {2000}, yomi = {イワツキ, ヒロヤス and イクタ, ヤストシ and タテマツ, マユミ and イワツキ, ジュンコ} }
