 note = {application/pdf, Medical care and welfare for the aged was studied from a viewpoint of the economic effect upon introduction of the telemedicine system to the visiting care station in Aomori. As a result it was know that it was too difficult to acauire the same without certain matching measures. Expenses will exceed income with the trial current account balance model if the existing telemedicine system is introduced to the visiting c are station. Thus, to have a dream of the delicate and high-quality total care come true,too, it is extremely import ant to develop a low-cost "telemedicine service svstem" for the visiting are station.
