In many children's home, they don't know what a psychotherapist do, so they need information about the work of psychotherapists in children's home. The object of this study is to consider the work of psychotherapists in children's home based on my 8 years experience as psychotherapist in children's home. As a result, it is suggested that we should be involved in the following 3 activities as psychotherapists. (1) to support the relationship between children and care workers. (2) to be concerned with care workers as consultants.
