The subjects were 21 healthy males (mean age, 33.2 ± 12.9 years; mean height, 170.9 ± 5.3 cm; mean weight, 67.4 ± 9.9 kg) who were regular smokers. Informed consent for participation in this study was obtained from all subjects. Results of pulmonary function tests and flow volume curves before smoking and after smoking one cigarette were compared. The values of FVC, %FVC, FEV1.0, FEV1.0% and MVV before and after smoking were not significantly different. However, the values of PEF, V 75, V 25, and V 25/height were significantly lower after smoking than before smoking, and the value of V 50/ V 25 was significantly higher after smoking. The results suggest that the immediate effect of smoking on pulmonary function is an increase in peripheral airwav resistance due to nerinheral airwav contraction., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。}, pages = {109--113}, title = {呼吸機能に及ぼす喫煙の急性効果}, volume = {3}, year = {2002}, yomi = {ヤマシタ, コウジ and サトウ, ヒデキ and サトウ, シュウイチ} }
