In Japan, the role of "carers" in families has been played by women. Also, most of the occupational care is carried out by women. In order to look at such gender bias in their perspective, I think it is necessary to explain the history of nursing and the substance of nursing work. In the nursing field, It is said that the essence of nursing is in "supporting care for patients". The establishment of nursing work has a long history. But, "care" carried out by "using one's mind and body for another person's needs", so nurses may work out of self-devotion, often to the degree of self -sacrifice. To escape from such a danger, it is very important to establish favorable lavor conditions for the nursing personnel., 国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。}, pages = {31--36}, title = {女性労働と看護職についての一考察 : 職業としての「ケア」をめぐる課題}, volume = {3}, year = {2002}, yomi = {ヒロモリ, ナオコ} }
