| 内容記述 | 研究の目的は1.看護婦向けに書かれた『NOTES ON NURSING』(第2版)における対という言語表現に着目した文体論的分析を行ない、対の言語表現の存在とその対が持つ意味を検討すること、2.対という視点から『NOTES ON NURSING』(第2版)の読み方の特徴を明らかにすることである。.対象となる定本は『NOTES ON NURSING』(第2版)の原文であり、分析対象としたテクストはフロレンス・ナイチンゲール著,小林章夫,竹内喜訳:『看護覚え書対訳』,うぶすな書院,1998.である。分析手続きは、抽出基準を基に本文中の対の言語表現を抽出し対のデータベースを作成し、 その中から意味の通じる最小単位の対を選択し、 対の読み方カードとナイチンゲールの考えとの関連を検討した。結果及び考察:対のデータベースは、総数463件(全章に存在)、1頁当たりの平均4.2±0.87件であり、対の読み方カードは総数209件(全章に存在)、1頁当たりの平均1.9±0.79件であった。抽出基準別にみる対の読み方カードの割合は、句は42.1%(88件)、節は33.5%(70件)、単語は13.4%(28件)、その他は11.0%(23件)であった。 対の読み方カードの持つ意味を明らかにするため、本文中でナイチンゲールの考えが集約されている箇所What is a nurse?(看護婦にとってのA、B、C)と対の読み方カードとの関連を検討した。その結果、対の読み方カードはA(52.2%)、B(40.2%)、C(7.6%)の割合で対の表現箇所が全て属していた。よって言語表現としての対の中にもナイチンゲールの考えが反映していると推察できた。 看護覚え書を対の視点から読む特徴は1頁平均2件で、対は注目することのし易いこと、 対はナイチンゲールの考えを反映していること、 対そのものが問いかけの意と考え方のヒントになること、が示された。以上のことから、対の視点から『NOTES ON NURSING』(第2版)を読むことは、読み方の選択肢の1つになりうる可能性が示された。今後対を視点とした『NOTES ON NURSING』(第2版)の読み方の特徴が実際に有用であるかどうかを確かめることが課題である。 The purpose of this study was to analyze stylistically the second edition of 'NOTES ON NURSING' in order to identify contrastive ideas, to examine the meaning of them, and to clarify the new interpretation of those ideas. The analysis procedure which I undertook was 1. form a database of contrastive ideas from the text 2. create contrastive idea-interpretation cards which explain Nightingale's ideas clearly from the database 3. examine the relationship between the contrastive idea-interpretation cards and Nightingale's ideas, the three most important principles (ABC) for nurses. The results showed that 463 contrastive ideas appeared in the entire database, an average of 4.2±0.87 ideas per page. There were 209 contrastive idea-interpretation cards, an average of 1.9±0.79. There was a significant relationship between the contrastive idea-interpretation cards and Nightingale's ABC; quantified as 52.2%, 40.2%, and 7.6% respectively. The new interpretation method reflects Nightingale's ideas, allowing nurses to be familiar with them,guiding nurses to further understanding. The results indicate that reading the text from the contrastive point of view is an important method of interpretation. Further research will be needed to verify this new approach in the effective use of Nightingale's idea in nursing. |
