| 内容記述 | In this paper, I consider the necessity and significance of establishing "women's welfare" as a field of social welfare. There are already some support programs for women's problems in social welfare. However, they are so partial, temporary and restrictive that they are not sufficient to solve women's problems completely. Moreover, the present systems of social welfare as a whole are premised on the gender division of labor. It is well known, that the gender division of labor is censured as the main cause of women's problems. For that reason, social welfare cannot solve women's problems as it is. On the contrary, there is a strong possibility that social welfare continues to reproduce women’s problems. In the present situation regarding women's problems in social welfare, I suggest that we establish "women's welfare" as the field in which we have a try to solve women's problems in the following two ways. (1) Consultation/support activity on the basis of gender for individual concrete women's problems. (2) Checking/restructuring of the whole system of social welfare from the viewpoint of gender. |
