| 内容記述 | The objective of this paper is to discuss a method of psychosocial support for abused children in children's homes. With the increase in child abuse, the number of children entering children's homes is increasing. Now, more than 50% of all those children's homes have experienced abuse. Therefore, it is more and more important to support the abused children especially in children's homes. First of all, it is necessary to put in an environment where the child feels safe and has peace of mind (therapeutic milieu) without being abused. However, the child will not immediately show a decrease in the maladjusted behavior by living in a therapeutic milieu. A child shows maladjustment behavior in daily living. It is characteristic behavior of an abused child, called "improvement shock". It may involve behavior abuse of a care worker, secondly, demanding that a care worker says yes to a child, thirdly, violent behavior such as kicking, hitting and so on, when the care worker is close. For a care worker to cope with maladjusted behavior adequately, it is necessary for the care worker to observe the current behavior and to think out an appropriate approach based on observation. | |||||
