| 内容記述 | A stigma often hampers community support both HIV/AIDS and TB patients due to its implication is that HIV/AIDS and TB are both fetal and incurable. This is particularly serious in the communities with high positive rate of HIV infection in Sub-Saharan Africa. In this report, an attempt made in Lusaka, Zambia was highlighted to share lesson to learn in the activities, by which reduce management cost for trace survey. Due to chronic shortage of qualified nurses in national level health human resource of Zambia, the ongoing TB control programme could not make maximal use of nurses as a core personnel. It is obvious that nursing professionals are one of key human resources in enhancement of community DOTS. Health human resource development and policy level decision making on prompt allocation of personnel to the demanded front-line are both crucially important for maximal utilization of health resources and efficient operation of various disease control programmes. | |||||
