| 内容記述 | The conclusion of handicapped person independence support law in the field of welfare of handicapped persons gave the economic life of the handicapped person big influence. Not only it but also this system gave a supplier of a business and the service big influence. As for the shift to the independence support business, a dual circulation period of five years is almost set by a conventional social welfare institution and business. However, it is predicted that the juridical person finance changes greatly when welfare of handicapped persons businesses shifted to an independence support system. The manager of the welfare of handicapped persons business is assigned to a problem how ride out a change in the management. About the solution, I consider welfare for mentally disabled as an example. | |||||
