| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、ＤＶ防止法制定によって婦人保護事業がどのように変容しつつあるのかを明らかにすることである。そのためにＡ県婦人相談所を事例として取り上げ、ＤＶ防止法制定後の変化について様々な側面から検討した。その結果、現在の婦人相談所は、ＤＶ防止法制定以前と比較して、職員の増員、施設・設備の整備、相談件数の増加、支援内容の拡充、関係機関との連携・協力体制の拡大・強化など、様々な面で画期的な変貌を遂げており、女性に対する総合的支援機関としての実質を備えてきていることが明らかになった。しかし、婦人保護事業を女性福祉の中核事業として再編成していくためには、（１）女性問題に対する支援のノウハウの蓄積と継続性の保障（２）一時保護所の活用と入所施設の確保（３）県関係機関における女性相談所の位置づけ、役割の明確化（４）ジェンダーの視点の堅持・明確化など多くの課題が残されている。 The purpose of this paper is to show how protective care for women in Japan has been changing after the enactment of “Act on the Prevention of Spousal Violence and the Protection of Victims” through a case study at A Counseling Center for Women. The effects of the law on the facility were examined from various viewpoints. As a result, it became clear that A Counseling Center for Women was beginning to provide comprehensive care for women. However, much still needs to be done to reorganize protective care for women as a core project of Women's Welfare. |
