| 内容記述 | 現在、高い専門性が求められつつも、十分な労働条件や社会的地位が得られていない「専門職」も多く、そのような傾向は女性が多くの割合を占めている専門職でより顕著ではないかと考える。本研究では、司書と栄養士を事例として取り上げ、専門職として女性がいかにキャリア形成しているのか、またそれを支える専門性とは何かについて、専門職として働く女性と、資格を取得しながらも専門職として働いていない女性（潜在専門職）を対象にインタビュー調査を行い、実証的に明らかした。キャリア形成過程の分析からは、資格の社会性の低さや職場における職業能力形成の重要性、非正規化によるスキルアップやキャリアアップの困難といった状況がある。専門性についての分析からは、専門性が発揮できる職場であるかどうかという職場に規定される側面、組織内や周辺からの認識によって規定されている側面があり、あいまいで相対的な専門性であるといえる。個人の、または集団としての専門性を保障するためのフォーマル／インフォーマルな専門職集団の役割も重要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, there are many "professional occupations" which are lacking in labor conditions and social status in spite of being an occupation which requires a high level of expertise. This trend is more distinct in occupations which are dominated by women. In this study, conducted through interviews of a librarian and dietician, it is explained how women in these occupations develop their careers and their expertise which supports it. An analysis of their career development process shows that the workplace qualifications of women in "professional occupations" have low social status and importance of career skill development in their workplace is not recognized. In addition to the above, non-regular staff have fewer opportunities to improve their skill set and have fewer chances for career advancement. An analysis of their skills shows that procedures implemented by the workplace and a lack of understanding of their skills by colleagues and fellow professionals limits skill development. Therefore, formal and informal groups of "professionals" within these occupations are very important to reinforce both skill and career development of women in these "professional occupations". | |||||
