| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to summarise the preparation process for the subujects in the practical study group taken by students of the Department of Social Welfare at Aomori University of Health and Welfare, which opened in April 1999. Another purpose of the paper is to outline current trends in teaching for the subujects in the Department who are going to study the subjects. It is an urgent issue for the teaching staff of the Department to organise and develop the practical study programme for students in the Department, considering the basic philosophy discussed and agreed among the teaching staff while the staff were in the Establishment Office . 'Practical Experience of Social Welfare' is offred to 1st year students. 'Foundation of Social Work Practice' is offered in the second semester of 2000 ,as is 'Applied Practice of Social Welfare, ' which is essential to enable students in the Department to sit for the National Examination of Social Welfare Workers, in 2001 Finally, the main body of the argument of this article was presented at the Conference of Educators of the Practical Study Group at this University,with the theme of 'the Rationals of the Education Programme for Social Welfare Works.' | |||||
