| 内容記述 | 介護保険サービス利用者のうち,青森市成年後見制度利用支援事業（以下,本事業とする）対象者の見込値を把握することを目的に実態調査をおこなった。青森市内の68施設，167名の介護支援専門員から回答が得られた（施設単位でみる返信率51.1%）。担当件数総数は5302件で,そのうち判断能力に問題のある件数は1961件であり,所在地を青森市内とする1771名を分析対象とした。母比率の推定の結果,介護保険サービス利用者のうち,本事業の対象者の推計値は54名から108名であった。判断能力に問題があるものの,現在成年後見制度を利用しておらず,身寄りのある人は推計値で3857名から4186名であった。身寄りのない利用者は低所得者,統合失調症を有している人が多いことが明らかになった。継続的な実態調査をおこない,利用者層の変化の把握や利用者のニーズの掘り起こしをおこなう必要がある。 The Adult Guardian System (AGS) was implemented in 2000. In 2012, municipalities should provide the Support Program to Utilize the Adult Guardian System for the Persons with Disabilities (SPUAGS) as community life support services. The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of the persons who used the Long-term care insurance service in Aomori city and to estimate the number of persons who would be able to use the SPUAGS. The study group sent questionnaires to the service providers, 68 of 133 providers (51.1 ％ ) answered the questionnaires, which covered 5302 users' information. 1771 users out of 5302 any that problems with judgment capacities due to mental disabilities. The results showed that 2％ of the users might be applicable to SPUAGS and about 4000 users might use AGS in the future. There was a tendency that the schizophrenic users without relatives' supports got lower income compared with the non-schizophrenic users with relatives' supports. The research group must take the estimation by continuous survey and have updated version of the data. |
