| 内容記述 | The objective of this article is to discuss the meaning of counseling training for professionals and to introduce the aims, contents and process of counseling training. Request for counseling training has increased from service staff such as social worker and nurses recently. Therefore I examined the counseling training that I have been giving for several years and decided to discuss what kind of meaning it has for professionals like social workers and nurses. In addition, I considered the contents and the process of real counseling training. Service staff such as social workers and nurses, thought that they could learn a useful skills such as communication skills through counseling training". During counseling training, I intended to get them to learn useful skills tied to the idea of being useful to clients and to the ethics which are characteristic of their professions. I used a lot of role plays so that participants could learn from the experience. Concrete learning includes definition of counseling, observation skills, self-awareness, finding resources, paying attention to behavior, basic listening skills, interviewing skills, methods of psychological approach and so on. | |||||
