内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to develop a new chain of structured scenarios in public health education, and to investigate the learning process of the participants in the salt restriction class held in N town in Aomori Prefecture. Subjects were 29 people in the class mentioned above. As new scenarios, structured scenarios in 4 stages were developed. The GIOs (general instructive objectives) of these scenarios were salt restriction, primary prevention of hypertension, and improvement of life habits. In stage 1 of the scenario, the main SBO (specific behavior objective) was to introduce some health problems of characters in the scenario. In stage 2 of the scenario, the main SBO was to introduce and suggest some solutions to the problems on general eating habits including salt restriction. In stage 3 of the scenario, the main SBO was that participants would draft their own concrete plans for reform measures. In stage 4 of scenario, the main SBO was the betterment of participants' concrete plans for better life habits including eating habits. As a result of the analysis of the learning process through these scenarios, participants could learn 1) how to eat with salt restrictions and good ideas for salt restriction, 2) some inventions for seasoning besides salt, 3) how to take in potassium, 4) the importance of well-balanced nourishment, and 5) the importance of exercise habits, and so on. Through this TYA method, a self-directed learning process by the participants was observed. In the learning process, participants could learn ways of problem solving based on the structured scenarios under the support of tutors. | |||||
