| 内容記述 | 近年、社会的な課題の解決に取り組む社会的企業が注目を集め、その実践及び研究が進展している。社会的企業は、持続可能な地域社会の創造において重要な役割を担うものと認識される。しかしながら、現在のところ、概念的検討や理論の体系化は図られていない。 そこで本稿では、青森県五所川原市で活動を展開するコミュニティカフェでる・そーれの事例を通じ、地域社会において社会的企業の果たす役割とその可能性について検討する。調査は、3 年を超える期間にわたり、アクション・リサーチ、参与観察、インタビュー調査を複合的に行った。 その結果、1)ソーシャル・キャピタルの醸成主体、2)地域住民の主体性の向上、3)地域経済への貢献、といった点が考察された。すなわち、社会的企業は、地域社会が抱える課題の解決に加え、ソーシャル・キャピタルの醸成を促進する多面的な役割を担っていることが示唆された。 In recent years, social enterprises, which are working to solve social challenges, get a lot of attention and advance their accomplishment and studies. Social enterprises are vital on making its own way in too the market and create a sustainable trust in the community. However, to the present time, conceptual studies and theoretical frameworks have yet to be developed. The purpose of this paper is to examine the potential of social enterprises for local community using the case of Community café "Del Sole" in Goshogawara-shi, Aomori prefecture. The study has been carried out with a complex combination of action re-search, participant observation and interviews over three years. The use of these multiple research methods offers in-depth understandings of the picture. As a result of case study, it became clear that they play these three roles, 1) to foster and encourage social capital, 2) to encourage local residents initiative, 3) to revitalize the local economy. In other words, in addition that social enterprises play an important role in solving social challenges in the local community, it was indicated that social enterprises play a multilateral role to foster and encourage social capital in the local community. |
