| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is (1) to examine new aspects of social work by studying practice in voluntary mini day services, (2) to reconsider the social work concepts in general use. I describe inherancy and generality in welfare practice and take a general view of trends in the latest social work theories in section I. I introduce and analyze social work in mini day secvices known as "HIDAMARI" in section II, and I attempt to propose a new paradigm for institutional welfare in section III. The conclusions are (1) the trend is for social work to diversify, following diversification in the practices of social welfare institutions (2) practices in mini day services emphasise the importance of the environment for social work within an institutional setting. |
