| 内容記述 | Using 46 second-class home-helpers in the course of in-service training, their belief in the nursing care for the aged with dementia influenced on their vocational intention was surveyed by means of questionnairing. Factor analysis of the vocational intention resulted in 3 factors abstracted, namely, 'Working conditions", "Intrinsic motivation" and "Job challenge". No correlation was noted between "Intrinsic motivation" and "Job challenge" abstracted with their intensive anticipation and vocational intention to the aged with dementia. Their major motivation for the work as home-helpers in the course of in-service training depended on their working conditions. Thus, it is necessary to increase their wage placing them under the normal employment system at public expenses. It improves their steady work and their working conditions by sharply leveling up the manpower standard for institutional and home services. | |||||||||||||||||
