| 内容記述 | Medical care and welfare for the aged was studied from a viewpoint of the economic effect upon introduction of the telemedicine system to the visiting care station in Aomori. As a result it was know that it was too difficult to acquire the same without certain matching measures. Expenses will exceed income with the trial current account balance model if the existing telemedicine system is introduced to the visiting care station. Thus, to have a dream of the delicate and high-quality total care come true, too, it is extremely important to develop a low-cost "telemedicine service system" for the visiting are station. A focus is placed on nursing, care, and rehabilitation, such as drug administration management, diet management, daily life and care guidance after discharge, and training at home. It is also desired to realize an administrative system reform, which simultaneously enables to develop studies related to the effective ways of performing the telemedicine service, and to claim for the cost of such telemedicine services as "telemedical nursing and care". | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
